The perfect cleansing combination!
Includes 2 Palo Santo (medium) and 1 bundle of White Sage (approx. 10cm)
*Ritual Tip: burn Palo Santo and a White Sage smudge stick together in a smudge pot each morning to start your day right.
Directions: Light your White Sage and/or Palo Santo and once its burning gently blow out the flame and allow to smolder.
Carrying the White Sage or Palo Santo in your smudge pot, gently swirl the smoldering bundle/stick around any spaces in your house allowing the smoke to get into all corners. Keep windows and doors open.
To cleanse your own aura gently swirl the smoldering White Sage / Palo Santo around yourself or someone else from head to toe.
When finished put out the smoldering bundle of white sage by snuffing it out onto the smudge pot. Put out Palo Santo by placing it into sand or dirt.
