SHIPPING

FREE shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $55. For orders under $55 shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia.

New Zealand - standard shipping AUD14.95

Unfortunately we do not provide shipping to neither the United States nor Canada.

For all other countries, please contact us directly and we can provide further shipping assistance.

 

RETURNS

Wylde | Jean is only able to accept returns, for refund or exchange, on products that are deemed as faulty or damaged, or on incorrect or incomplete orders.

If any of your products have arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact Wylde Jean directly via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We may require corresponding photographs to properly assess your product. If it is declared faulty we will provide a replacement product as soon as possible.

We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds simply for a change of mind. Our friendly team is always available to assist you in selecting the right products for you.

To return an item, please email hello@wyldejean.com.au with your order number and item/s you wish to return.

Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your entitlement. If you are eligible for a refund, this will be processed within 7 business days.

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the purchaser’s Paypal account, Afterpay account or credit card.

Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Wylde | Jean.

The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
